Ordinary Juan have suffered much after 333 years of Spanish rule. Despite tremendous oppression and cruelty they experienced, no one had known their true stories. Ordinary Juan is still at the end tail of the economic chain. During historic wars and events, only Generals were remembered.

What about every footmen who died in battle? How about every Katipunero’s who rised arms against oppression? Aren’t they Filipino’s too whose stories need to be heard?

In our times, Dave D’Angelo heard this need and prompted him to launch Ordinary People, Ordinary Day — a new blog which started 2 months ago to give space and life on the web the unheard daily life of Ordinary Juan.

Should you think your story fits the space, please feel free to visit the site. Be a beacon of hope to others by sharing your life.
